We at Wheel Junkies want you to be satisfied with your order decision, no matter what, so if you need to return or exchange a product to us for any reason we will do our best to make it as easy and as quick as possible as long as the product you wish to return is in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, with the original paperwork and parts, if any, and has been bought from us with-in the last 60-days or 90-days if the products were purchased from Black Friday to January 15th.
How do I return a product?
Contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return products from your order. Please don’t return any products without contacting us first and obtaining a Return Authorization number.
Who pays for the initial return shipping?
Initially, you will handle the shipping cost of returning the product to us. Upon inspection of the product once received, to insure it meets the guidelines stated above, we will immediately begin the refund, less the original shipping charges, or exchange process, plus your return shipping costs. Your funds will be refund to your original method of payment. The process could take up to 10 business days to complete depending on your original method of payment.
What happens if there is an error with my order?
If there was an error on our part in getting you the correct product you ordered from us here at Wheel Junkies, we will handle the return shipping costs in the form of a refund after the product has been returned to us, as well as the shipping on the exchanged product, as long as the returned product meets the required guidelines.
If the product does not meet the required guidelines above, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipment of the product.
What happens if I get a defective, damaged or broken product?
If you receive an item that is broken or defective we will determine if it will we easier or better for you to have the product replaced under the manufactures warranty guidelines or return that item to us for an exchange, in any case, if it is a warranty claim the return shipping will be handled by the manufacture of the defective product.
If it is an exchange or refund Wheel Junkies will take care of the return shipping cost, in the same manner described in the “who pays for return shipping” portion.
Other things to note.
Some items may require a 15% re-stocking fee and are noted on the products page.
International orders are not eligible for a refund of return shipping cost, so be sure you are certain the product you order is the product you are looking for.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Special or Custom Orders, Custom Painted and items that warrant Freight shipment are not eligible for return. Please be sure everything is correct before making final purchases.
