Wheel Junkies, Inc. is pleased to offer you free standard shipping within the 48 Continental United States on the vast majority of the products we carry, but there are some products that do not qualify for free shipping, such as any item that has to ship freight, or any shipments to remote areas or shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, these items will incur freight shipping charges.

 

In-stock orders usually take 24-48 hours to leave the warehouse and tend to reach our customers within 5-7 business days. Items that are not in stock or are custom made have longer processing times. Once we receive word that your item(s) has shipped, we will email you with the shipping details and tracking number. If you have questions or would like an estimate on shipping time for a custom made product, please give us a call.

 

 

Expedited Shipments

Expedited shipping is available, though it will be at an additional cost to you. To arrange for expedited shipping, please give us a call at 610-914-7425 or 484-769-7376 before placing your order.

 

* Please Note that expedited shipping only applies to the time the product is in transit to you, and that it does not apply to processing time. Though most orders have a standard processing time of just a few days, others may need to be custom made or special ordered. Expedited shipping does not speed up processing time.

 

Shipping Notification and Receipt

Most items do not require a signature upon delivery, though the carrier may add a signature requirement based on the delivery location if they feel that leaving it may create a risk.

 

Items Not Received

Though rare, if you have not yet received an item that shows as being delivered, please give us a call so that we can investigate. In most cases, the item is located within 2-3 business days.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives with obvious signs of damage, give us a call right away at 610-914-7425 or 484-769-7376. We will make arrangements to ship a replacement as soon as possible. In the meantime, please take photos of the damage and then prepare the damaged merchandise for pickup.

 

Freight Shipments

Items that are too large to be delivered by regular shipping methods will be shipped as freight and will incur a freight shipping charge, if this method of shipping is used, we will use freight carriers that specialize in the transportation and delivery of large parcel freight. Most freight items will be delivered within 5 – 7 business days after leaving the fulfillment center.

 

Freight shipments could arrive by semi or lift-gate truck. Most addresses are easy to access, though access issues may necessitate an alternate location. Business deliveries are also suitable.

 

When receiving an item via freight shipment, the driver or delivery service will contact you to make a delivery appointment. When placing your order, be sure to include a valid phone number to reach you during checkout.

 

*Please, Inspect All Items Before You Sign, All freight shipments must be inspected prior to accepting delivery. If damage is present in packaging or product, do not accept delivery and do not sign the bill of lading or delivery receipt. Return paperwork to the driver and call us immediately at 610-914-7425 or 484-769-7376. Freight shipped items are not eligible for return.

 

* Must be 18 or older to accept freight and other signature-required shipments.

 

Depending on the weight of the shipped item, the item may or may not arrive to you on a truck that has a lift-gate, whether a standard 48-foot semi truck or a smaller box truck. If you would like to guarantee a lift-gate, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order.

 

*Note that lift-gates sometimes incur an additional fee.

 

If your shipment will arrive via lift-gate truck, please be aware that the delivery driver will only be able to use the lift-gate to remove the item from the truck and set it on the ground. Customers are then responsible for moving the item to its desired location. If a lift-gate is needed and not requested before ordering, there may be additional fees.

 

If the shipment will arrive to you via semi truck, the customer is responsible for removing the item from the truck and moving the item to its desired location.

 

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

Special or Custom Orders, Custom Painted and items that warrant Freight shipment are not eligible for return. Please be sure everything is correct before making final purchases.
